Our services include, but are not limited to:

- Sending booking confirmations and notifications
- Integrating with supported calendar services
- Providing appointment management tools within Shopify
We continuously improve our App and may add, modify, or remove features at any time.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining your Shopify store and ensuring that all information provided through SlotMate is accurate and up to date.
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the App
- Upload malicious code or harmful content
- Use the App in a way that negatively impacts other users
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur through your Shopify store.
Subscription & Payments
SlotMate may offer both free and paid subscription plans.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify according to your selected pricing plan.
If a free trial is available, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. Continued use of the App after the trial period authorizes Shopify to charge the applicable subscription fee.
All pricing is displayed within the Shopify App Store and may change with prior notice.
Data & Privacy
Your use of SlotMate is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We collect only the information necessary to provide our booking and scheduling services.
Upon uninstalling SlotMate, your data may be retained for a limited period to support reinstallation or comply with legal obligations before being permanently deleted.
Intellectual Property
SlotMate, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and related content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for operating your Shopify store.
You may not:
- Copy or reproduce the App
- Reverse engineer or modify the software
- Sell or redistribute any part of the App
- Use our trademarks without written permission
Third-Party Services
SlotMate integrates with Shopify and may support third-party services such as Google Calendar and email providers.
These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or practices of third-party services.
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service. However, we cannot guarantee that SlotMate will always be available or operate without interruptions.
Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect the availability of the App.
Termination
You may stop using SlotMate at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your use of the App causes harm to our systems or other users
- We are required to do so by law
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlotMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
- Loss of profits
- Loss of business
- Loss of data
- Service interruptions
- Booking errors resulting from third-party systems
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App during the previous twelve (12) months.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Updated versions will be published on this page, and your continued use of SlotMate after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where SlotMate operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
